ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 417 and 376 of IPC in Crime No. 30 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant was in Chennai the accused person introduced him to the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.7451 of 2023 defacto complainant through phone and thereafter he had compelled the defacto complainant to love him. Despite several denial the accused compelled her and threatened her over phone to love him. Thereafter on the promise of marriage both had sexual intercourse and thereafter the accused refused to marry her, hence the case. 3.This is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 05.04.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.21685 of 2022 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present anticipatory bail petition even after dismissal of the petition, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
