ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 307, 379 of I.P.C.,(sand theft) r/w Section 21(4) of M.M.D.R. Act in Crime No.93 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) opposes the grant of relief to the petitioner for two reasons. The second petitioner is having two previous cases. The quantity involved is 3 units of sand.

3. Therefore, taking into account of the same, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
