ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, to restore the petitioner's original placement i.e. S.15 to S.18 as adumbrated in the auction cum tender confirmed during September 2011 in the Petitioner's favour or in the alternative to return the Petitioner deposit amount paid on during February 2014 and by the petitioner during Feb 2015 with interest. 2.According to the petitioner, he is a LCO (Local Cable TV Operator) in Madurai Town, Madurai District, under the Arasu Cable TV Corporation. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.
