O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to change the investigation of the case in Crime No.13 of 2020 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent investigation agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and during the course of investigation it was found that it is only an accidental death and on that ground further action was dropped. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has circulated a copy of the closure report to this Court.

3. There is no representation for the petitioner.

4. Since closure report has been filed, the petitioner is at liberty to redress his grievance, if any, through appropriate proceedings before the concerned court. The prayer in this petition has become infructuous. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
