This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking police protection.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that it is a money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. The petitioner has filed this petition stating that the third respondent is causing life threat to the petitioner. 3.In view of the above submission, this Court cannot grant police protection to each and every individual. The petitioner is at liberty to lodge a complaint. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
