ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by T. S. SIVAGNANAM, J.) The petitioner seeks for a direction upon respondent Nos.1 to 4 to stop the business of the 5th Respondent, who is conducting the Broiler Chicken and Mutton Selling Store in his shop, namely, Ramasamy Chicken & Mutton Stall situated at South Car Street, Near Sivan Temple, Thottiyam Town, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District. 2.Since we are disposing of this Writ Petition without notice to the fifth respondent, we are not issuing any positive direction. 1/3
3.Only if what the petitioner says is found to be correct and what is shown in the photographs filed in the typed set is correct, the fourth respondent is directed to take immediate action. We find from the photographs that adjoining the drainage channel, a temporary shed has been erected and it is a make shift shop and cut bones, meat along with plastic are dumped near the shop and the place if very hygienic. Therefore, we direct the fourth respondent to immediately inspect the premises within 24 hours and take appropriate action in accordance with law. This does not mean to say that 5th respondent should be immediately thrown out of the premises, but the unhygienic materials found therein should be cleared immediately and thereafter, action be initiated in accordance with law against the fifth respondent.
4.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction and observation. No costs.
