ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 423, 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 r/w 120(b) of I.P.C., in Crime No.19 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that a property in S.No.50/3A situated in Neelagiri South Garden, Thanjavur District is belongs to the de-facto complainant. One portion of the above said property was sold by impersonating as if A2 is having the power deed to A6 on 28.06.2017. The petitioner was signed in the power deed. CRL OP(MD). No.10334 of 2023 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.This is the third application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6451 of 2023 was dismissed by this Court on 10.04.2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present anticipatory bail petition even after dismissal of the petition. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
