3.In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and the consent terms in Annexure - I filed before this Court, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. The consent terms in Annexure - I dated 22.11.2023, shall form part of the records. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
