This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that a complaint preferred by the defacto complainant has been enquired by the respondent police. During the enquiry, both parties have entered into compromise and therefore, the said complaint was closed. A copy of the closure report is also placed before this Court.
3.In the light of the above said submission, nothing requires for further adjudication in the present Criminal Original Petition. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
