ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
3.Till date no FIR has been registered. However, the apprehension of the petitioner appears to be well founded. Now, the matter is pending before the Legal Aid Committee . Therefore, the respondent Police is directed to issue notice to the petitioner under Section 41 (A) Cr.P.C., in the event, of registering an FIR https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ against the petitioner. That will give breathing time to the petitioner to approach this Court.
