Challenging the impugned order dated 27.02.2026 passed in Crl.M.P. No. 994 of 2026 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, this Criminal Revision Case is filed.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is one of the proposed accused in a complaint lodged by the first respondent as against the petitioner and many others, on 03.12.2025 before the 9th respondent. After lodging the said complaint, action was not taken. 2/5
Hence the first respondent had made further representation before the Superintendent of Police on 09.12.2026. The inaction of the Superintendent of Police warranted him to file a petition under section 175(3) of BNSS before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in Crl.MP.No.994 of 2026. The same came to be allowed on 27.02.2026, directing the 9th respondent police to conduct enquiry. Challenging the same, the petitioner had filed this Criminal Revision Case.
3. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.
4. It is stated that during the pendency of this Criminal revision case, the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in Crl.MP.No.994 of 2026, was duly complied by the 9th respondent. An enquiry has been properly conducted after summoning all the parties and the petition lodged by the first respondent was closed. Hence, there is no necessity to further proceed with this Criminal case. 3/5
