ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused who was arrested and remanded judicial custody on 23.04.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354(A), 509 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, Section 28 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act, in Crime No.5 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.9429 of 2022 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the respondent police and he is in judicial custody from 23.04.2022. 4.The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner is working as the Headmaster in the school, where the defacto complainant is working.
5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and considering the fact that investigation is not completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
