RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honble Court dated 03.08.2020 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7873/2020 on the file of this Honble court and pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.GANGAI AMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Seeking to modify the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 03.08.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7873 of 2020, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 08.08.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition stands modified to the effect that the petitioner shall

report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
