ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case and to investigate the matter based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 16.06.2018. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the dispute among the parties is purely a family dispute. Therefore, the respondent has forwarded the said complaint to the District Social Welfare Officer, Ramanathapuram.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach this Court to redress her grievance at later stage.
