O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the complaint received by the respondents against the petitioner, is pending for enquiry. He further submitted that if the petitioner co-operates for enquiry, the same shall be completed within the period to be fixed by this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will co-operate for the enquiry on receipt of the summons to be issued by the respondents.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner to appear for enquiry and on receipt of such summons, the petitioner is directed to appear and co-operate for enquiry. Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation within a period of two weeks.
