ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue the Work Site Visit Certificate to the petitioner in order to participate in the tender process or alternatively, to direct the respondents to accept the petitioner's tender application without the production of the Work Site Visit Certificate.

2. Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the tender inviting authority had cancelled the tender process due to administrative reasons/issues. Therefore, the relief sought in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
