Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to execute the installation of HIgh Tension Transformers erecting of pillars to connect them with HIgh Tension over headlines and supply of electricity in those over head lines through the residential areas of Mooppanar Nagar, Maruthuvar Ayya Nagar, Rajiv Nagar, Ambedkar Nagar and Valluvar Street at Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District and execute the same through an alternative non residential area based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2014.
