RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3574 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6683 of 2020 dated 15.07.2020 and extend the time to obey the order of this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.VEERASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by an order dated 30.06.
2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.6683 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.80,000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousand Only) before the concerned District Mineral and Foundation Trust on or before 15.07.2020. Now, this petition has been filed to modify the aforesaid condition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. However, time is granted to comply with the order, dated 30.06.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.6683 of 2020, is extended by Four Weeks, from today.
