ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the Rent Controller (III Additional District Munsif), Trichy, to dispose of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.358 of 2015 in R.C.O.P.No.174 of 2014.

2. Mr.R.Sundar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner as landlord filed an eviction petition in R.C.O.P.No.174 of 2014 against the respondent on the ground of willful default and different users. Even after filing of the eviction petition, the respondent/tenant has not paid the rent. Therefore, the petitioner filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.358 of 2015 under Section 11(3) of the Rent Control Act. However, the application is being adjourned without any progress for the past one year.

3. Considering the above facts, the Rent Controller (III Additional District Munsif), Trichy, is directed to dispose of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.358 of 2015 in R.C.O.P.No.174 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 22.07.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
