Alleging that the order of this Court dated 06.03.2025, made in W.P. (MD)No.6039 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the order dated 06.03.2025, made in W.P.(MD)No.6039 of 2025 has been complied with. In support of the said submission, he has produced the proceedings of the respondent, bearing reference No.O.Mu.No.1511/A2/2025, dated 30.04.2025, in which, the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6039 of 2025, dated 06.03.2025, was complied with by issuing an adverse order against the petitioner.
3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the above said proceedings in the manner known to law.
