ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.136 of 2015 on the filed of the Sub Court, Thoothukudi is the revision petitioner herein. 2.The revision petitioner filed the main suit against the respondent herein. The petitioner has preferred I.A.No.238 of 2015 for attaching the defendant's property before judgment. But, after the application was filed, the defendant has sold the property and thereby, rendered the said application as infructuous. Therefore, I.A.No.238 of 2015 itself came to be dismissed by the Court below. No interference is called for in respect of the order impugned in this Civil Revision Petition. But then, the suit proceedings can be directed to be expedited. Therefore, even while dismissing the Civil Revision Petition, the trial Judge is directed to dispose of O.S.No.136 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
