Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.13092/A4/2013 dated 19.11.2013 and the consequential order of transfer passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4851/A5/2013 dated 27.11.2013 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to work as B.T.Assistant in High School service with all the consequential benefits.
