Respondents PRAYER: The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's minor daughter/detenu namely Subashini, daughter of Muthupandi, aged 16 years before this Hon'ble Court and handover the custody of the detenu to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) The petitioner has sought production of his daughter by name Subashini, aged 16 years.

2.Detenue was produced this Court on 16.07.2018 and she returned to her parental home. The matter stands posted today for reporting progress of the case registered with regard to the missing of the detenue. Today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced copy of the altered F.I.R. informing offence under Section 366-A I.P.C. and Sections 9 & 10 of the Prevention of Child Marriage Act, 2006 r/w Sections 6 and 17 of POCSO Act, 2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
