ORDER

The present application has been filed by Accused Nos.2 to 6 & 9 in Crime No.168 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction to the Special Additional Sessions Judge (Special Court for SC/ST (POA), Act Cases), Dindigul to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application on the same day.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and a direction is issued as prayed for. The learned Special Additional Sessions Judge (Special Court for SC/ST (POA), Act Cases), Dindigul, is directed to consider the application on the same day after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.
