ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take action against the fourth respondent and other erring officials based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.01.2014.

2. On notice, the sixth respondent, Superintending Engineer states that in order to verify the bona fide of the complaint, notices were issued to the petitioner on two occasions viz., on 18.03.2014 and 06.05.2014 and there is no response from the petitioner. Therefore, they could not further proceed with the matter. Nevertheless, it is stated that the Vigilance and Anti Corruption Wing is conducting preliminary enquiry in the matter.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ petition is closed. No costs.
