When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Corporation has stated that they have not let in any water in the petitioner's land, but they undertake to close the opening made in the road through which the water is draining to the petitioner's land.

2. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
