ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.400 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter has been taken up for hearing, it has been reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that pending this petition, the petitioner has been arrested in connection with Crime No.746 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police and hence, nothing survives in this petition.
