ORDER

The present petition has been fled seeking direction as against the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the complaint was lodged by the 3rd respondent against the petitioner on 24.03.2026, and on the same day, after enquiry, it was closed on the ground that it pertains to a money dispute. He further submitted that the petitioner would not be called for any further enquiry.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
