respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2) & 351(2) of BNS and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998,, in Crime No.Not Known of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the complainant, FIR was registered in Crime No.110 of 2026 for the offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 115(2) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023.

3. Since all the offences are bailable offences, question of grant of anticipatory bail does not arise.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 01.04.2026 dss 2/4
