This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint preferred by the defacto complainant has been enquired by the respondent police. During the enquiry the matter has been settled among the parties and therefore, the case was closed. A copy of the closure report is also placed before this Court.
3.In the light of the above said submission, nothing requires for adjudication in the present Criminal Original Petition. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
