This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR registered in Crime No.233 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that in the above referred First Information Report registered in Crime No.233 of 2020, the first respondent police has completed the investigation and filed a final report on 22.07.2020 and the same was taken on file by the learned Special Judge (PCR Court), Sivagangai, in Special C.C.No.33 of 2020. 3.The Submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) is recorded.
