The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to shift the TASMAC shop No.5329 situated at Palam Station Road, Sellur, Madurai to another place in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2014.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that TASMAC shop is causing great nuisance to the general public. Therefore, he has made representation to the respondents. Since there is no progress in the said representation, Mandamus has been filed to consider the prayer for shifting of the shop. 3.In view of the above, we direct the second respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
