ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register her complaint, dated 10.05.2018 as a crime and subsequently conduct enquiry in accordance with law and file the final report forthwith.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has entered into an agreement with the proposed accused with regard to purchase of a property and she has paid a sum of Rs.52,00,000/- to the proposed accused. After receiving the said amount, the proposed accused neither return the said amount nor execute a sale deed as per the agreement. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner has filed the present petition before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that enquiry on the complaint lodged by the

petitioner was conducted and the same was closed as the dispute among the parties is purely civil in nature. A copy of the closure report is also produced before this Court.

4.Recording the aforesaid closure report filed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to workout her remedy before the concerned Civil forum in the manner known to law.
