(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) This petition has been filed by the father, seeking production of his daughter, Avanthika, aged about 17 years. 2.Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.
3.Detenue has been produced by second respondent. She informs that on her own volition she has left parental home and gone over to Chennai but is desirous of returning to the care and custody of the petitioner.
