ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.01.2026, this petition is filed. 3.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on enquiry it was revealed that the proposed accused is none other than the erstwhile Manager of the petitioner's company. The second respondent police had duly conducted an enquiry and had closed the same due to bereft of material particulars from the complainant, who is the petitioner herein.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner company is directed to forthwith give all the necessary details of misappropriation made by the erstwhile Manager to the second respondent police and on receipt of the same, the second respondent police is directed to re-open the enquiry and conclude the investigation within a period of 3 weeks, thereafter. 2/4
