The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.237 of 2022 from the file of the Sub Court, Sivakasi and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (28.08.2024), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court. The petitioner as well as the respondent are present before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. The identity proof of the parties is also verified. Both side filed a Joint Compromise Memo. The terms of the Joint Compromise Memo were read over and explained to both parties in the presence of their counsel and both parties have agreed for the terms of the compromise. The said Joint Compromise Memo is recorded.

3. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of as per the terms of Joint Compromise Memo. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
