survey and subdivide the public road passing through S.No.25, S.No. 27/9, S.No.31/1, S.Nos.31/1, 2, 3 and 4, S.Nos.37/1 and 2A and S.No. 38/2C and 2B connecting the Veppilaipatti main road and petitioner's land situates at S.No.37/2C and S.No.37/2B Veppilaipatti Village, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering the representation dated 14.02.2025 made by the petitioner pending disposal of the above writ petition.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2025.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader would bring to my notice that in terms of the prevailing practice, the mandate required is to make an online application.

3.In view of the above, considering the fact that the petitioner has already given a representation, the petitioner is at 2/5

liberty to make online application within a period of two [2] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pay necessary charges, if not already paid and if such online application is made by the petitioner, the third and fourth respondents shall conduct survey and dispose of the representation dated 14.02.2025 and the proposed survey application, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of the online application. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
