O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to instruct the 2nd respondent to provide Police Protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the 3rd respondent. 2.This petition has been filed on the ground that the third respondent without any right over the property, which is in the possession of the petitioner, is making frequent trouble. Hence, the above said representation has been made seeking police protection. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that complaint was received against the petitioner on 18.04.2023, which was registered in C.S.R.No.407 of 2023, wherein, the complainant has stated that this petitioner abused him and created trouble. Perusal of records shows that only on 15.04.2023, the above said representation has been made. But on 17.04.2023 this petition has been filed even without giving breathing time to the respondent to enquire into the matter. 4.Let the enquiry be conducted by the competent authority by summoning both the parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, orders may passed.
