ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to set aside the impugned order dated 1/4
16.03.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1387 of 2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the rival submissions made on the either side and that earlier the petitioner was granted bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and thereafter without giving opportunity the learned Magistrate has cancelled the bail, thereby violated the principals of natural justice . Even without going into the merits of the case the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam in Crl.M.P.No.1387 of 2026 dated 16.03.2026 is set aside and the bail granted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam is restored. If at all the learned Magistrate wants to proceed against the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and after giving him opportunity the Court can pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
