ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the Accused Nos.1 to 5 in Crime No.25 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police seeking to quash the FIR, wherein, the petitioners alleged to have committed offence punishable under Sections 296, 85, 130, 316, 318, 351, 61(2) of BNS and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the F.I.R.

3. The defacto complainant is present in-person before this Court and she submits that she had agreed for quashing of F.I.R. 2/4

4. Considering the above said facts, F.I.R. in Crime No.25 of 2025, on the file of the first respondent police is hereby quashed insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of the order. 16.06.2026 gvn To:
