This Civil Revision Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the petition and order dated 28.10.2015 in I.A.No.31 of 2014 in O.S.No.131 of 2014, on the file of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Madurai and set aside the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents filed I.A.No.965 of 2015 to reject the plaint in O.S.No.131 of 2014, on the file of the Additional District Judge, Madurai, and the said Interlocutory Application was allowed by an order dated 26.10.2016.
