ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated16.12.2024, in W.P.(MD) No. 28805 of 2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent brings to my notice that that the appeal has been disposed of, yesterday (ie. 21.04.2025) in proceedings Ne.Mu.No.7922-2024 by the Revenue Divisional Officer. Copy of the order has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
