IN CRIME NO. 12 OF 2016. ...1st RESPONDENT/1st RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon us in Crl.M.P.No.3541/2020 in Crl.R.C.No.403/2020 dated 15.07.2020 that I shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram daily at 10.30 a.m. pending revision and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.ANANDHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the bail condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3541 of 2019 in Crl.RC(MD)No.403 of 2020 dated 15.07.2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court, from 24.07.2020 onwards, without any deviation and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the lower Court as and when required for interrogation.
