ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the directing the second respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the respondents 3 to 5 and their henchmen.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.1642 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the dispute is between the petitioner and the private respondents herein over the coconut tree, which was standing in between their property. So, they are advised to take steps to survey the lands with the help of Surveyor and accordingly, it was closed on 06.07.2021.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint given by the petitioner came to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8549 of 2021 be closed on 06.07.2021, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
