and her husband.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that based on the complaint given by the sixth respondent, who is the father of the petitioner, a girl missing complaint was registered in Crime No.101 of 2018, an enquiry, the police have found out that the petitioner on her own volition has married one T.Sathiyamoorthy and living with him. Based on the said statement made by the petitioner, the police have also taken statement from the sixth respondent and also from the Sundarakumar, who is the brother of the petitioner to the effect that they will not in anyway cause any problem to the petitioner or her husband.

3. The closure report is produced before this Court, which contains the above said details.

4. The statements of the learned Government Advocate and also the closure report is recorded and the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
