Crl.MP(MD) Nos. 7876 & 7877 of 2026 in Crl.A(MD)SR. No.17898 & 17740 of 2026 B.PUGALENDHI, J.

It is reported that the petitioners are third parties to the proceedings in Spl.Case No. 91 of 2011, on the file of the Special Court for Prevention of Corruption Act cases, Trichy, however, their properties have been attached by the trial Court. Therefore, they intend to file appeals as against the Judgment rendered by the trial Court in Spl.Case No.91 of 2011, dated 25.04.2024 and seek leave of this Court to file appeals. It is also reported that the connected appeal has been entertained by this Court and the same is pending.

2.Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advcoate (Crl.side) takes notice for the first respondent in both petitions.

3.Considering the above submissions, leave granted.
