RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7454 of 2020 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.BALASUNDHARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner by order dated 20.07.2020, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Seeking to relax the condition, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard both sides.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 24.07.2020 without fail. He would further submit that the investigation is pending.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is, hereby, modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
