Nos.179/7, 179/8, 179/9 and 179/10 situated in Panangudi Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District, by considering the representation of the deceased petitioner, dated 07.03.2015.

2. It appears that the petitioners' father gave the said representation on 07.03.2015, seeking for grant of patta, which has not been considered till date.

3. Needless to say that it is for the third respondent to consider the said representation and pass orders on the same, after affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the third respondent to consider the above said representation dated 07.03.2015 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
