ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is a complaint preferred by one Marivel Prabhu, stating that his wife was kidnapped, in respect of which, a case in Crime No.205 of 2021 was registered for woman missing and only on that basis, the first respondent has enquired the petitioner to know the whereabouts of his son. Except making such enquiry, there was no harassment. Therefore, the question of harassment does not arise.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has also given a complaint stating that his son is missing.
