O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the official respondents to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 03.03.2015, in which he requested that the 4th respondent centre should not be closed. 2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and we have also perused the records carefully. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the 4th respondent is a Society and the same was running under SSA Scheme in the building provided by the Government and now, the building has been demolished, because of the expansion of the National Highway situated by the side of the said building. As of now, there is no building. The students studying in the 4th respondent centre have been shifted to the 5th respondent school. The said statement is recorded.

4. In view of the above factual position, we are unable to grant any relief sought for in the petition. This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
